The following policy applies to books purchased and shipped from the Freddyhowardbooks.com website only.

 

For customer satisfaction issues relating to non-signature books ordered through the Amazon.com link on this website, please refer to Amazon for the appropriate customer concern policy.

 

It is very important to me you are happy with your signature book and that you have thought enough to have a positive effect and perhaps even save the life of a child born with a cleft lip. All donation sales are final and books are personally shipped in good condition. If however, your Character Fingerprint Signature Book is damaged, not signed, or authentically fingerprinted you will be sent a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Replacement

 

You will not be responsible for return postage.

A postage-paid mailing envelope will be provided to you.

Your special edition book may only be returned for the following reasons:

• The book you received is defective or damaged

• The book is not signed by the author/fictional character in the book.

• There is no fingerprint impression in the book by the author or character.

 

Books must be returned within 10 days of shipment in the continental U.S.

 

Upon learning of the issue the customer must immediately send an e-mail message to the address provided for timely documentation and resolution of the issue.

 

To request a replacement book send a message in the message box provided. In the subject line please place RESOLUTION REQUEST and your city and state. Example:  Dayton, Ohio RESOLUTION REQUEST

 

Once you receive an email a response please follow the mailing directions provided. You will receive an email response with in 24- 48 hours or the next business day. Then you may mail book to:
